Return Policy

W2COMP.com accepts returns of all defective products and products damaged in shipping. Exchange or store credit will be offered.
Buyers will be responsible for any postage cost or expenses incurred in returning the product. In most circumstance, we will offer share of return shipment but please make sure to do following step:
1.) Inform us of the problem and
2.) Take a photo of defective product and send us if it is of physical damage
3.) Provide Tracking No. of your shipment

We can offer a partial refund for not ship back the product, please contact us for detail.
Defective products or products damaged in shipping must be returned within 30 days upon receipt of purchase. W2COMP.com will not accept any returned item for exchange, replacement or store credit after that period.

Order Cancellation
W2COMP.com will make the best effort to dispatch customers' orders as soon as possible. Any cancellation of order must be informed us by email within 10 hours of placing the order.
If the order has already been packed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
