User Guide / Firmware / Apps
Release date:
Firmware Upgrade Guide: 1. Extract the zip / rar file and put "install.img" file to USB drive* to root (don't put inside any folder). 2. Then plug the USB drive to player. 3. And on the buttom of the player you can find a "Restore" / "Upgrade" button, press it and do NOT release then power on the player. 4. After 10-20s, you can release the "Restore" button, then it will auto to reflash the firmware again. It should take around 3-5 mins. 5. Finally it will reboot, now should be ok. * We recommend a USB flash drive which is 1-8Gb with FAT / FAT32 format.
