NOVO7 Aurora II is one of the first Android 4.0 tablets authorized by Google. The all new designed Google Android 4.0 has kept many good features in 3.X systems, and improved the GUI with better layout, more intuitive, more smooth transition, and virtualized all keys. You can even merge the file folders like in iOS, switch between multi-tasks, plus all new widget tools. Current Android version is 4.0.3 (Up to 18-June-2012).

Ainol NOVO7 Aurora II is running the latest dual-core CPU by AMLogic. AMLogic 8726-M6 is the second generation ARM Cortex-A9 based and has an integrated quad-core Mali 400 GPU. AMLogic 8726-M6 is made by the advanced 40nm process technology, has smart mutli-task management, which enables superior performance for 3D games, Super HD video, and web surfing, while maintains low power for long battery life. AMLogic 8726-M6 has the same architecture and made by the same process technology as Apple A5, the CPU in Apple iPad 2.


High speed DDR 3 1.0 GB

1GB DDR3 RAM – this allows for numerous tasks and apps to be run at the same time with no loss in speed or responsiveness on Ainol NOVO7 Aurora II. Furthermore this allows data to be processed faster, meaning 3D games run better than ever!


7 inch HD All Angle (150 degree) IPS Display, 1024 x 600 Pixel High Resolution, 16,000,000 colors

IPS 7 inch screen at 1024 x 600 high resolution – The high end screen you only see on iPad 2. This is one of the major key upgrades that can be seen in the Ainol Aurora I/II. This adds an amazing clarity to all images on the tablet, as well as allowing viewing from almost any angle! It has better black color than normal screen, and has much faster response than normal screen as well, which is good for playing games and watching sports and action movies.

Google Market (Google Play) is pre-installed on NOVO7 Aurora II. You can access and download more than 400,000 apps directly from your tablet.



Hardware Accelerated Web Browser

Ainol NOVO7 Aurora II uses its hardware, the dual-core CPU and quad core GPU, to render webpages in the browser. You will find the webpages are extremely responsive when you tap the page to move up-down, left-right, and zoom in-out.




Hardware Rendered FLASH video

Ainol NOVO7 Aurora II is running the latest Adobe FLASH optimized for AMLogic 8726-M6. The rendering is done by hardware, not software; therefore, the performance is much better than those tablets running soft version of FLASH. You can watch YouTube and other flash-based Internet video sites directly in the browser.




1080P Full HD

Ainol NOVO7 Aurora II supports 1080p Full HD, and all other HD formats in more than 20 file formats, such as MKV, AVI, RM, FLV, WMV. Ainol NOVO7 Aurora II automatically recognizes HD TV connection, and outputs video signal to TV. It displays on both tablet and TV for all operations. When HD video is playing, the tablet screen will be off.


High Resolution Multi-touch Capacitive Screen

5-Point Mult-touch plus ALPS touch buttons, 1024×600 pixel high resolution, 7 inch IPS 150 degree angle display, gives you excellent performance for playing games and watching videos.
