You can upgrade / restore firmware for yourself, here we will teach you how to do, first of all, you can download the firmware first. 1. Extract the zip / rar file and put 3 files to SD card* to root (don't put inside any folder). 2. Then insert the SD card to player. 3. And on the buttom of the player you can find a "Restore" / "Reset" button, press it and do NOT release then power on the player. 4. After 10-20s, you can release the "Restore" button, then it will auto to reflash the firmware again. It should take around 3-5 mins. 5. Finally it will reboot, now should be ok. * We recommend a SD Card drive which is 2-8Gb with FAT / FAT32 format.
